OfficeEaze is the trade name of Lou Squared Systems Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian company. We build the software that does a small business's office work — payroll, people, invoicing, filing and the CRA calendar — with Harris doing the grunt work and the owner making the decisions.

How we think about the office
A real office used to pay people for the repetitive, low-judgment work: filing, matching invoices to payments, turning hours into pay stubs, keeping the deadline calendar. OfficeEaze gives that work to Harris and keeps the decisions with you. Harris does it quietly, shows you what it did, and asks only when it isn't sure.
The other rule is that nothing should need a manual. A folder is a folder, payroll looks like payroll, and the schedule looks like a shift board — so you can always step in and do a thing the familiar way yourself.
Who it's built for
Canadian small and medium businesses in 9 provinces and 3 territories, on their own province's rules. Quebec is not yet supported. There are Associate Plans for associate store owners, an Enterprise track for larger teams, and a Charitable Edition for CRA-registered charities. Every plan is on the pricing page.
